Our club have 2 phones we are using for our credit card transactions.
A – Samsung Galaxy S8+ with a SIM plan [1] – Ph No is 0492 996 426 This phone is used by door team at meetings and special events. 12 month Aldi Sim plan is managed by Michael Smith Online Renewal is early November each year
B – LG Nexus – Android- WIFI only as has no SIM [2] – This phone is used at Pub Raffles ONLY. This phone needs to be connected to a local WIFI network Post Office Hotel

Turn on Phone – Hold in RH top button – right hand side of phone 3-5 seconds (May have to use fingernail to engage button)
Turn off Phone – Hold in RH top button – Select Power Off. The phone should be turned off at the end of the session.
Turn ON Square Reader – Hold in power button approx. 3 seconds – 4 Green lights – OK to go. Reader will automatically turn its self off.
Go to Checkout – Favourites
Use All Items drop down to select sales category.

Accepting Payment – 1 Green light – Ready, Moving lights – Processing, 4 lights – Payment accepted, 4 Red – Payment declined.
Battery Charge – 4 Green Lights 100% Charged, 3 lights -= 75%, 2 lights – 50% 1 light – 25%, Blinking – Charge immediately

[1] Phone A was donated by Peter Ryan. The SIM and Phone plan is in the name of Inland Technology. The phone plan would need to be renewed annually. It comes with Square Reader No 1 and a USB-A to USB-C cable.
[2] Phone B was donated by Brodie Shields. It comes with a Square Reader No 2 and 2 USB charges, 1 x USB-A to USB-C cable for phone and 1 x USB-A – Micro for Square.
